HITLER TO WORK OUT NEW CAMPAIGN WHILE MAKING HOLIDAY AT BERCHTESGADEN. VON EPP CONGRATULATED. (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) • LONDON, October 16. The "Daily Telegraph's” Munich correspondent says Herr Hitler, after a congratulatory visit on Saturday to General Ritter von Epp, Leader of the Reich Colonial League, went to Berchtesgaden to resume his holiday, in which he will work out a programme for a new colonial campaign.
