SIR IL WILKINS
SOUTHERN EXPLORATION PLANS MOUNTAINS NEVER YET SEEN BY MAN CAPE TOWN, October 15. Sir Hurbert Wilkins arrived at Cape Town from Durban by air today. He declined to be interviewed. Wilkins and Lincoln Ellsworth will sail in the Wyatt Earp as far as Enderby Land, and an attempt will then be made to fly to the Bay of Whales, two thousand miles away across an icefield and jagged mountain ranges never never yet seen by man.
