FATHER TIME

NO LONGER AN IMAGINERY CHARACTER. Father Time is no longer an imaginary character. Father Time is an old man who can be seen at any time of day—for Father Time sleeps at night — pushing round a large dial the hands of a clock of which he is the mechanism. This unique clock has been pub up over the beach at Biarritz for the convenience of bathers; and the municipality found it cheaper to have this old man keep time than an expensive mechanism.
