ARREST OF JAPANESE VESSELS LITIGATION IN AUSTRALIA By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) DARWIN, October 13. A settlement between the Commonwealth Government and Japanese plaintiffs in three remaining lugger arrest appeals has been reached in the Supreme Court, but the terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. Eight cases were listed for hearing. Decisions have been given in two and judgment has yet to be delivered in three others.
