NIGHTMARE FALL

MAN ON HONEYMOON. On honeymoon at Blackpool, Lancashire, Squire Parr, aged 27, of Middleton, Manchester, fell 12ft from his bedroom window to the street while in a nightmare. He was taken to hospital suffering from cuts, but was later able to leave. His wife, whom he had married three days previously, saw him disappear through the closed window. He dragged some of the window curtains with him. People in the boarding house at South Shore, where, the incident occurred, were awakened by a shout, the sound of smashing glass and a thud. They found Mr Parr on the paved path. He was bleeding, and was clad only in pyjamas.
