RABBITSKIN MARKET
DUNEDIN PRICES The Otago Farmers Co-operative Association of New Zealand Ltd report as follows on their rabbitskin sale held on Tuesday:—Competition was restricted, and prices on account of the poorer quality offering were generally considerably reduced. Hatters grades were in fair demand at prices from id to 6d per lb lower, while in the furrier lines, does eased from Id to 7d per lb and bucks were lOd to 20d per lb lower than last sale. The following is the range of prices:—Small, 3d, summer broken, 12jd; summer bloodstained, 12d; summers, 123 d; runners, 9d; milky, 12|d to 143 d; outgoing and spring broken, 18Jd; spotty bucks, 413 d; spotty does, 29§d; second winter bucks, 50Jd; second winter does, 38|d; first winter bucks, 59d; first winter does, 42|d, outgoing bucks, 29§d; outgoing does, 23fd; first spring bucks, 183 d; second spring bucks, 153 d; first spring does, 20d; second spring does, 17d; summer fawn, 8d; outgoing fawn, 363 d; winter fawn, 53|d; summer black, 6d; autumn black, lOd; winter black, 20d; outgoing black, 12d; hare skins, 7d to 8d; hair, 14d.
