THE PRIME MINISTER
SPEAKING AT HAMILTON TONIGHT . (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, October 12. With the exception of some departmental business, the Prime Minister, the Rt Hon M. J. Savage, rested at his hotel today. The almost continuous round of public speaking has affected his voice, but the rest should have the desired effect. Mr Savage will leave Auckland by motor-car at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon for Hamilton, where he is to address a meeting in the evening. He will leave Hamilton in time to join the Limited express at Frankton, and will reach Wellington on Friday morning. The Minister of Mines, the Hon P. C. Webb, left for Whangarei to deliver a political address. He will be back in Auckland in time to accompany Mr Savage to Hamilton, and thence to Wellington.
