“This is a dangerous practice, particularly when there is motor traffic of any volume on the road,” observed Mr G. G. Chisholm, S.M.. in fining a cyclist 10s in the Auckland Police Court for riding more than two abreast. The evidence showed defendant and two other cyclists were riding on a public thoroughfare, three abreast, defendant being on the outside.
