BOWLING
MASTERTON PARK CLUB MEETING OF COMMITTEE Mr Wallace (president) presided over a full attendance at the monthly committee meeting of the Park Bowling Club. The Green Committee reported that the green was in perfect order, and it was decided to formally open the 193839 season on Saturday, October 15, at 2 p.m. The following were appointed to represent the Park Club at the official opening of the Martinborough Green on Saturday, the motor car leaving the Park gates at 1.15 p.m.: —Vincent, Dagg, Jenkins, Shearer.
