General Sirovy, broadcasting, paid tribute to Dr Benes, as a model of endurance and sense of responsibility. He added that the Czech policy aimed at the friendly relations with neighbours which were necessary for security. The internal policy would be based on a wide decentralisation of administration. Equality of the three peoples therein was aimed at, to satisfy the justified claims of the Slovaks and Sub-Carpathian Russians.
