SALESMAN FINED £2O. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM. October 5. A fine of £2O and suspension of his licence for three months was the penalty imposed by justices on Herbert Phillip Luke, motor salesman, on a charge of driving a car while intoxicated.
