The weather is dull and the track in fair order for the concluding day of the Ohinemuri Jockey Club’s spring meeting. Results: — ROTOKOHU HANDICAP. 6 furlongs 5/5 Ngakaru, 7.7 1 3/3 Corato, 7.12 2 4/4 Orwere, 7.13 3 All started. Won by 1J lengths, with the third horse 2 lengths away. Time 1.15 2-5. HURDLES HANDICAP. It miles. 4/ 4 En Tour, 10.13 1 5/ 5 Queen Lu, 9.2 2 12/12 Chikara, 9.0 3 Scratched —Biform. Won by 1| lengths, with Chikara three-quarters of a length away. Time, 3.20. FAREWELL HANDICAP, about 7f. Sing Lee, 7.7 1 Hessketoon, 7.7 2 All started.
DUNEDIN RACES REHANDICAPS DECLARED DUNEDIN, This Day. The following rehandicaps have been declared for the opening day of the Dunedin Jockey Club’s meeting:— Mosgiel Handicap—Petersham, 31bs (weight now, 8.4). ’ October Handicap—Petersham 31bs (weight now 9.6).
