MISSING AIR LINER
SWISS SEARCH FOR GERMAN . MACHINE FEARS OF CRASH IN ALPS. THIRTEEN PERSONS ON BOARD. By Telegraph —Press Association. Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) ZURICH, October 2. The whole of the Swiss Civil Air Service is searching for a missing German air liner, en route to Milan from Frankfort, with ten passengers and a crew of three. The plane left Frankfort at noon yesterday and was heard in several places in Switzerland. The weather is stormy and snow fell in the night. It is feared that if the plane crashed in the Alps, which are snowcovered, it will be difficult to locate.
