DEMONSTRATIVE FAREWELL IN BERLIN SOME GERMAN REFERENCES TO CRISIS DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE SOLUTION (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) BERLIN, September 28. To the accompaniment of shouts of “Victory!” and “Hail!”, Herr Hitler left for Munich by special train. The German News Agency has issued, an official statement announcing that conversations will begin in the forenoon, adding: “It is learned in wellinformed quarters that new proposals ■'for a solution of the crisis will be submitted today by the British, as well as the French Governments. Mr Chamberlain has offered again to meet Herr Hitler for a personal talk and simultaneously Signor Mussolini has offered to help to search for an immediate solution. The Czechoslovak crisis does not bear delay in view of the German preparations. It demands an immediate solution.”
