GOLD MINING RETURNS
The Mossy Creek dredge reports a return of 26 ounces lOdwts. The Mataki Junction return for the week ended September 22 was 116 oz of smelted gold for 132 hours worked, and 22,000 yards dredged. The Blackball Creek Dredge return was 50dz lOdwt for 120 hours and 16,000 yards treated. The Mataki dredge return for the week ended Setpember 25 was 30oz for 126 hours’ work and 8100 cubic yards.
