TRADE AGREEMENTS

CANADA, BRITAIN & U.S.A. ANTICIPATION OF EARLY APPROVAL. SOME CONCERN OVER LOSS OF PREFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Conyright. (Received This Day, 8.55 a.m.) OTTAWA, September 21. Government circles predict the early approval of new trade agreements among Canada, England and America, despite some dissension.
