STOCKS IN LONDON AN APPRECIABLE RECOVERY. (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, September 20. The reported Czech acceptance of the Anglo-French plan in principle has cheered the stock markets. All groups have appreciably recovered, except Czech and Hungarian stocks. The Berlin Bourse is firm, being an indication of confidence that a peaceful solution 'will be found.
