LADIES' TOURNAMENT, The ladies of the Masterton Golf Club are holding a tournament at the Lansdowne links today under favourable conditions, the results so far being as follow: — SENIOR (CHAMPIONSHIPS First Round—Miss Todd beat Mrs Plummer, 7 and 6; Miss Hornabrook beat Mrs Prior, 3 and 2; Mrs Drew won by default from Mrs Burridge; Mrs Fagan beat Miss Jordan, 3 and 2. Result of medal: Mrs Fagan 92, 17, 75. JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP. First Round. —Mrs R. Burridge won by default; Mrs Garland beat Miss Carrick, 4 and 3; Mrs Gillies won by deault; Miss Beetham beat Mrs Gooding, 1 up; Mrs Nitz beat Mrs Ninnes by default; Mrs Lee won by default; Mrs McKenzie beat Miss Bunny, 4 and 3; Mrs Candy won by default. Medal: Miss Beetham, 108, 36, 72. Second Round—Mrs R. Burridge beat Mrs Garland, 5 and 4; Mrs Miss L. Beetham, 1 up; Mrs Lee beat Mrs Nitz, 4 and 3; Mrs Candy beat Mrs O. McKenzie, 3 and 1.
