STATE HOUSES
FIVE TO BE ERECTED IN FEATHERSTON. Tenders for the erection of five, house units in Featherston, in two contracts, are being called for by the State Housing Department. Information to this effect is conveyed by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Housing (Mr J. A. Lee) in a letter to Mr Ben Roberts, member for Wairarapa. The tenders are to close on October 12. Plans and specifications are available at the Featherston and Masterton Post Offices and at the offices of the Department in Wellington,
