League of Mothers’ Meeting. The monthly meeting of the League of Mothers, was held in the Parish Hall yesterday afternoon. Mrs Chas. Buck presided in the unavoidable absence of the president (Mrs Arch. Clark). Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames Lowell, Kilsby, McGill and Lang. The Rev. R. S. Keenan spoke on “The Sanctity of Marriage.” The tea hostesses were Mesdames F. Benton, G. Burt, F. Bladen and B. Ruane. The singing of the National Anthem concluded the meeting.
