ISLE OF MAN MOTOR-CYCLE EVENT YOUNG RIDER’S ACHIEVEMENT (Recd This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, September 15. The twenty-six year old Bills, riding a Norton won the Senior Grand Prix of the Isle of Man, in the record time of 2 hours 40 minutes 11 seconds, at an average speed of 84.81 miles an hour, over a course of 226 miles. Bills had previously won the Junior Grand Prix. He thus won both for the third successive year.
