COBB SETS NEW WORLD RECORD. SPEED OF OVER 350 MILES AN HOUR. (Recd This Day, 9.20 a.m.) BONNEVILLE (Salt Flats), Sept. 15. Mr John Cobb averaged 350.20 miles an hour on two runs, a new world’s record. On the first run he achieved a speed of 353.20 miles an hour. 1
