A match was played today between the Australian team and Ireland. The game was a one-day affair, and Australia won by 61 runs. In their innings the Australians compiled 145 (Badcock 23, Barnes 27. McCabe 26, Waite 30). Ingram took 4 wickets for 46 and J. McDonald 5 for 24.
Ireland replied with 84 (T. McDonald 28). O’Reilly secured 3 wickets for 7 and Ward 5 for 22.
