RUSSIA READV TO FULFIL ALL OBLIGATIONS IRRESPECTIVE OF JAPANESE ACTION. GERMANY REMOVING ARCHIVES TO BERLIN. LONDON, September 15. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Geneva correspondent says that during conversations with M. Herriot, M. Litvinoff reiterated assurances of Russia’s readiness to fulfil all her obligations under the Frdnco-Soviet Pact. The attitude of Japan was also discussed and M. Litvinoff intimated that the Japanese statement of solidarity with Germany did not change Russia’s attitude. The “Daily Telegraph" says steps are being taken to remove the secret archives of the German Embassy from London to Berlin.
