DETERMINEDLY OPPOSED BY CZECHS SUGGESTION OF IMMEDIATE MOBILISATION. NOTIFICATION TO BRITAIN & FRANCE. (Recd This Day, 10.20 a.m.) . LONDON, September 13. The Australian Associated Press says it is learned authoritatively that the Czech Government intends to mobilise immediately if Herr Hitler demands a plebiscite. M. Masaryk informed Sir Robert Vansittart that if England and France insisted on conceding the plebiscite demand, the Czech Government would resign.
MEETING OF PARLIAMENT INOPPORTUNE AT PRESENT. REPLY TO MR ATTLEE. (Recd This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, September 13. Cabinet will meet tomorrow morning. The Prime Minister (Mr N. Chamberlain) informed Mr C. R. Attlee (Leader of the Opposition), that it was at present inopportune to summon Parliament, but that he would bear Mr Attlee’s request in mind should circumstances necessitate.

Bourse business was restricted and prices fell two points. PARIS BOURSE UNSIEADY (Recd This Day, 10.55 a.m.) PARIS, September 13. The Bourse wavered badly.
