EFFECTIVE EMBROCATION
The following are directions for making a most effective embrocation: — One pint best white vinegar, J flint spirits of turpentine, and the whites of 3 eggs well beaten. Mix all together, wet a cloth with lotion and bind on, or rub on the affected parts. It is good for relieving sprains, swellings, croup, and localised pain of all kinds.
White Linen is a leader in Hollywood’s summer fashion forecasts. Ellen Drew, Paramount player with Bing Crosby and Fred McMurray in “Sing, You Sinners,” proves that an inexpensive model for daytime can be both smart and simple. Heavy red silk cord is laced through the matching belt and again at the neckline, with red silk tassels adding a finishing touch.
