FORT DORSET

INSPECTION BY LORD GALWAY (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Governor-General (Lord Galway) paid an official visit to Fort Dorset, accompanied by his military aide-de-camp. He was received by MajorGeneral Duigan, Officer Commanding the New Zealand Forces, Colonel Standish, officer commanding the Central Military District, Major Park, commandant of the fort, and Captain Maxwell, New Zealand staff corps. Lord Galway inspected the men and equipment and the barracks, and apparently was well pleased. He congratulated the commandant on the smartness of the parade.
