STILL BLOCKED
WHIROKINO MAIN HIGHWAY. (By TelegrapTi—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ This Day. Flood water over the Whirokino main highway, south of Foxton, had risen this morning by four inches. Motorists are still advised to make a detour via Shannon, as the westerly gale continues to back up the river. There are no signs of the road being clear today.
