CHARGE DENIED. PRISONERS & THE SUDETEN UNIFORM. PRAGUE, September 12. It is officially denied that the Government ordered prisoners to be clothed in garments similar to the Sudeten uniform. All Communist demonstrations in Sudeten regions have been prohibited. A bomb-proof shelter is being constructed at the United States Legation in Prague. MINISTERS MEET. Cabinet rose at 1.5 p.m. Viscount Halifax interviewed Lord Lloyd, who is leaving on a private visit to Rumania and other Balkan countries. Lord Halifax, Mr Chamberlain, Sir John Simon and Sir Samuel Hoare met at Number 10 tonight to examine Herr Hitler’s speech.
