Mrs E. Stevens, of Masterton, is a visitor to Pahiatua. Mrs Collinge and Miss G. Collinge are Masterton visitors to Auckland. A visitor to Wellington is Miss K. Moran, of Pahiatua. Mrs R. C. Satherly, of Pongaroa, is visiting Wellington. Mrs R. A. Thompson, late of College Street, Masterton, has taken up her residence in Wellington. Mrs F. Green, of Wanganui, is the guest of her sister, Mrs A. T. Murray, Carterton. Mrs H. Dewe, who was a Feilding visitor to Carterton, has left on her return home. Mrs S. Jenkins, who has been the guest of Mrs J. E. Jenkins, Renall Street, Masterton, is visiting Wellington. The marriage took place recently of Mrs K. A. Johnston, formerly infant mistress at the Eketahuna District High School, and Mr Frank Osmond, of Gisborne. I At the residence of Mrs W. Fulton on Thursday a most enjoyable gathering was held, those present being Mesdames W. Fulton, E. Olsen, F. C. Ellmers, J. Moynahan, J. Reid, A. H. Ellmers, J. D. Piper, Ussher, A; Oliver, A. Nankivell, M. Towat and. Misses Maycoek and Forster. The competition prize-winners were Mesdames Piper, Ussher and Oliver.
