PROPAGANDA AGENTS
REGISTRATION DEMANDED ■ * IN U.S.A. HEAVY PENALTIES PROVIDED WASHINGTON, September 6. Sweeping regulations have been issued whereby all persons engaged in propaganda or activities on behalf of foreign principals must register on a penalty of a 1000-dollar fine or two years’ imprisonment. The regulations apply even to representatives of foreign business and tourist agencies.
