REDUCTION IN DECEMBER (Recd This Day, 10.10 a.m.) PARIS, September 7. Suez canal dues are being lowered from December 15 onward, those for loaded ships by 5s 9d ton, ships in ballast by 2s lOd; and passenger ships by 5s 9d.
