Lyons) announced that a day of prayer for Divine guidance in solving the world's problems had been fixed for next Sunday. All denominations have agreed to hold special services to pray for peace and goodwill. Opening the Rotary conference, Mi’ Lyons declared he made no apology for standing four-square with Britain in her efforts to preserve peace. He urged there should be an exchange of goodwill messages between nations.
