SECURITY BILL

DR MqMILLAN’S TOUR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) . WHANGAREI, September 4. Dr D. G. McMillan outlined the Social Security Bill to a large audience on Saturday night. He emphasised that the issue at the general election would be mainly approval or rejection of the Bill and said that if the people of the Marsden electorate wanted the Bill put- into effect they would return a Labour candidate and if they did not they would have to support a Nationalist. At the conclusion of an excellent hearing, a vote of thanks to Dr. McMillan and confidence in the Government was carried without dissent.
