Stone has returned to Pahiatua after a visit to Te Rehunga, Hawke’s Bay. Miss Ora Galp.in, of Marton, is on a visit -to Newman, being the guest of' Miss M. Hudson. u . Mrs W. H. Saunders, of Essex Street, Masterton, has returned home from a holiday spent at Raumati. Mrs J. Perry, Alfredton, is visiting her mother, Mrs W. G. Lamb, Herbert Street, Masterton. Mrs F. Roberts, Bunny Street, Masterson, has left on a visit to Hamilton and Auckland. Mrs E. Walker, of Wellington, and formerly of Pahiatua, is visiting friends in <the Bush district. Miss Elva Wilton, of Masterton, who has been on a visit to Pori and Makuri, has returned home. Mrs H. Paterson was a Pahiatua visitor to Wellington this week, attending the League of Nations’ Conference. Lady Hunter, accompanied by her daughter, Miss Elizabeth Hunter, left Wellington by the Wanganella this week on a short visit to Sydney. Mr and Mrs H? F. O’Leary, Wellington, and their son have left by the Wanganella for a holiday visit to Australia. Miss Jean Moncrieff, of Carterton, who has been home on sick leave, has returned to duty at Dr Sharpe’s hospital, Featherston. Mrs Rona Avann, of Wellington, the Dominion President of the Solway College Old Girls’ Association, will be a week-end guest of Mr and Mrs Eric Shaw, Te Ore Ore.
