Mrs P. R. Kent, of Pongaroa, is visiting Te Awamutu. A visitor to Te Awamutu is Mrs E. S. Berry, of Pongaroa. Mrs K. Groves, Longbush, is visiting Auckland. Mrs Caverhill, Wellington, is spending' a few days in Masterton. Mrs M. Walker, of Wanganui, is the guest of Miss Gough, of Masterton. Mrs E. W. Osborne, of Pahiatua, is a visitor to Nelson. Mrs Len Eagle, of Rongomai, is on a visit to Carterton. Mrs A. G. Dailey is an Auckland visitor to Pahiatua. Mrs R. B. Humphrey has returned to Konini. from a holiday spent at Waipawa. Mrs A. A. Armstrong, Pahiatua, is staying with her mother, Mrs J. Elliott, Colombo Road, Masterton. Mrs R. W. Roydhouse, Carterton, and her daughter, Miss Betty Roydhmise, will leave Wellington on September 16 by the Maunganui for Sydney. Their holiday trip will last a month.
