CURING A DROOP

A USEFUL EXERCISE. If you think that your back and shoulders are weak, and require strengthening, or if they are very round, you will find that the following exercise will soon make a great difference. Lie flat on the floor, then gradually lift your shoulders from the ground, with the hands extended above the head, until your body is at rightangles and the hands are touching the toes. If you carry out this exercise every day for a month, you will find that all signs of stooping have disappeared and the shoulder muscles have become so strong that they are quite able to support themselves without desiring to droop forwards. And finally remember that these treatments are health-giving as well as beautifying, and if you do beautify your Shoulders you will then be able to turn your back on anyone.
