ELECTION UPSET
PETITION GRANTED IN NEW SOUTH WALES. ' (Recd This Day, 10.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mr Justice Maxwell, in the Court of Disputed Returns, granted the petition of W. C. Milne to have the Gordon polling, in the last State Election, declared void, on the ground of irregularities regarding postal votes. Mr Milne will again contest the by-election as a United Australia Party candidate.
