AIR MAIL

ANOTHER BY DISPATCH FROM NEW ZEALAND SYDNEY, August 23. The flying-boat Centurion departed this morning with 21051 b of New Zealand mail at IJd a half-ounce and only 2881 b of Australian mail at sd. The New Zealand mail had arrived at the weekend and by the Awatea today. The Awatea had to fight her way through dense fog in order to connect with the Centurion, which left a few minutes late on that account. A small tug obtained the Awatea’s mail and rushed it to the flying-boat.
