The “Daily Telegraph’s” Rome correspondent says General Franco’s demand of belligerent rights is wholeheartedly approved officially. The acceptance of proposals for safety ports and the withdrawal of 10.000 volunteers is regarded as extremely conciliatory to Britain. -
