EDWARDS.—On August 20, 1938, at the residence, Ponatahi, Carterton, Annie, dearly beloved wife of Preston Henry Edwards, suddenly. Interred at Clareville Cemetery to- ' day, August 22. BLATCHFORD.—On August 20, 1938, at her residence, 63 High Street, Carterton, suddenly, Blanche Blatchford, third daughter of the late Mr and Mrs W. Blatchford; aged 68 years. At Rest. BRADFORD.—At Wellington Hospital on August 22, Alfred Bradford; aged 58 years. ‘With Christ, which is far better.”
