ALLEGATIONS BY EMBASSY HEAVY REINFORCEMENTS POURED IN CONCERN FELT IN LONDON (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Copyright. (Recd This Day, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, August 19. The “Times” says Sir Noel Charles’s call on Count Ciano reflects the concern felt in London regarding the allegations of renewed Italian intervention in Spain. The Spanish Embassy in London reports that 17,000 men were shipped to Spanish national ports from Italy in June, also aeroplanes, artillery and lorries.
