AIRCRAFT FOR BRITAIN
PRODUCTION IN SHADOW FACTORIES DELIVERIES ANTICIPATED FROM U.S.A. LONDON, August 16. The Air Minister (Sir Kingsley Wood) announced that arrangements had been made for the delivery of 400 planes from America, beginning in November. The first shadow factory machine is to make its trial flight in a fortnight.
