INTOXICATED MOTORIST
VAN-DRIVER SENT TO GAOL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Aug. 17. After his motor-van had collided with a power pole, Fulton .Donald Rutherford, aged 41, fruit hawker, was found to be in a state of intoxication and he was sentenced this morning to two weeks’ imprisonment. His licence was cancelled for 12 months.
