GAMING OFFENCE AND DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (By Telegraph —Press Association.) WANGANUI, August 15. lan William Bagley was fined £lO for keeping premises as a common gaming house. An unusual feature was that the defendant had not taken any bets since June last. Laurence Henry Clark was fined £25 for being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car.
