MAHUNGA CLUB. LADIES’ COMPETITION. An L.G.U. medal competition was played by members on Saturday, the following being the best scores: —Mrs A. H. Ward, 91, 24, 67; Mrs W. O. MAHUNGA v EKETAHUNA. WIN FOR LOCAL TEAM. The Mahunga Golf Club visited Eketahuna Golf Club over the weekend and after a most enjoyable day’s outing the local club emerged victorious by 16 games to 15 games, 2 games being all square.
