LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE. LIFTED BY RAYNER. (By Telegraph-r-Press Association.) BLENHEIM, Aug. 14. Clarrie Rayner, Blenheim, former New Zealand amateur and professional featherweight champion, lifted the professional lightweight title from Jack Jarvis, Eltham, last night. The loser retired at the end of the ninth round after being out-punched and out-stay-ed nearly all the way.
