PHYSICAL FITNESS

4 CAMPAIGN IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 11. The National campaign for physical fitness is receiving considerable practical assistance from the War Office. All authorities under the national scheme have been encouraged to profit from the experience gained at the physical training school at Aidershot. Demonstrations of modern physical training methods have been carried out by parties of army instructors to a number of civilian bodies. Civilians about to take up appointments under the national scheme have, in certain cases, been allowed to attend an advanced course at the army school.
