IN CZECH=SUDETEN NEGOTIATIONS DESPITE GERMAN EFFORTS TO THE CONTRARY. TALKS TO BE RESUMED NEXT WEEK. (Recd This Day, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, August 11. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Prague correspondent says a radio announcement anticipates that Lord Runciman’s negotiations may enter on a concrete stage a fortnight hence, despite the efforts of the German Press and wireless to exaggerate nationalist passions in the hope of wrecking his mission. Representatives of the Sudetens and of Czechoslovakia who are discussing the situation will resume their talks on August 17.
