TERRITORIAL FORCE
ENCOURAGING INCREASE IN RECRUITING (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. An encouraging increase in Territorial recruiting in the Wellington area is reported by Major Whiting, District Territorial Publicity Officer. The total enlistments in the Central Military District in July were 217, which is 145 more than in July last year. Of the enlistments, 142 were in Wellington City.
